Timothy S. Midura

Tim Midura has more than twenty years experience as a partner with a Chicago law firm and a member of the tax department of Deloitte & Touche. His practice is concentrated in complex estate planning and administration, business law, and taxation. His degrees include a double major bachelor's degree in accountancy and finance from Northern Illinois University, a law degree (J.D.) from Northern Illinois University, a master's degree (LL.M.) in taxation from DePaul University, and C.P.A. He is a regular speaker and author on estate planning and charitable giving. Additionally, he has served on boards of not-for-profit foundations and corporations, including Christian Ministries Foundation, ALM International, Deicke Center for Visual Rehabilitation, and the Chicago Council on Planned Giving.
